Justin Schmauser from the Bing support team has posted a thread in the Bing Shopping Help forums asking those merchants who have inactive FTP accounts to let him know.
Over the past weeks or so, many merchants began complaining they have inactive FTP accounts, not allowing them to upload product data to Bing Shopping.
In response to this, what appears to be, wide spread issue, Justin from Microsoft posted a thread with steps these merchants should take.
He said in the Bing Shopping Help thread:
