A WebmasterWorld thread has several Google AdSense publishers pretty confused over the new payment page.
If you haven’t seen it yet, log in to your AdSense account and you should.
Google started to recently force users into this new payment page. As you can see from the screen shot above, there is a notification about the new page.
It leads to this Google help page which talks about the new payment page experience.
The biggest confusion, outside of the “current balance” scaring some people, is the required action for some publishers to update their bank information.
Some Canadian publishers are confused, here is what one said:
