Bing announced they will start to warn searchers before they land on a pharmacy web site that might be fake, harmful and dangerous to the searcher.
Bing said they will use the FDA list of Internet Pharmacy Warning letters and keep in sync with that list.
The warning a searcher may see looks like this:
I tried searching for [cheap viagra] on Bing and clicked on a few dozen sites that looked fake to me and did not get the warning from Bing. So maybe it is not live yet, for me, but I suspect it will be soon.

If you have a pharmacy web site and think you are mislabeled, check the FDA list, if you are there, you need to contact the FDA Internet Pharmacy Task Force. If you are not there, then contact Bing via the Bing Listens page.
