A WebmasterWorld has one publisher who is complaining that his Google AdSense ad units no longer show borders on them.

He said these borderless AdSense ads make his “website look bad.” His layout obviously looks better with borders separating out the AdSense ads from the real content.

I believe I have seen many AdSense ad units without borders, so I am not sure if this is new. But it seems for this specific publisher, his website has always had borders with his AdSense ad units.

He wrote:

I haven’t seen pictures of this, nor other forum threads complaining about this.

I’d assume the click throughs on ads without borders is much higher.
