AdWords representative announced in the Google AdWords Help forum that they are testing a new design for the AdWords Help Center.

The new design has three main changes and improvements:

Reorganized information: At the top of each page you’ll see a menu that will help you easily find what you want.
Visible contact options: Just click the “Contact us” button in the top right of any page to find the options to reach Google.
More screenshots and videos: To make it faster and easier for you to navigate your account, you’ll see screenshots and videos in many articles. Isn’t that cool? Initially you’ll find about 60 articles with the new graphics — and more are being written every day.

Yea, Google is making the contact options much more visibile, instead of hiding it.
