This is a PSA, Google is going to be upgrading all the managed access levels, i.e. “Managed-Read only” and “Managed-Standard” access levels in AdWords to “Administrative” access level on November 14, 2016.

That means those folks will be able to add/edit/delete other people’s rights within AdWords.
