Spotted in a Google Webmaster Help thread, a user is asking why 3 of the same YouTube videos are shown on page one and page two of the Google search results.
Search for [how to tie a bow tie] on Google UK and you will get the same three YouTube videos shown on the first page of the search results and on the second page of the search results.

Why is this happening? You’d assume that Google’s universal search techniques would handle this?
