Edith Head would be 116 years old today, the only woman to have won eight Academy Awards. She was a well-known costume designer, designing outfits for Hollywood stars such as Grace Kelly and Audrey Hepburn for their most prominent roles.

She has a star on Hollywood Walk of Fame at 6969 Hollywood Boulevard. She has a huge list of actors and actresses she designed for on Wikipedia. She was very well accomplished.
