At the BrightonSEO conference last Friday, John Mueller was interviewed by Hannah Smith – and one thing she brought up that was new was that Google has an internal system to deal with big issues called OMG. The way the Q&A went with that question was kind of funny.

Hannah Smith: I got a smiley face next to it.
John Mueller: Oh my god.
Hannah Smith: They’ve got this internal alert system at Google for stuff like this and it’s called OMG.
It’s that delightful? I was so delighted by this.
