In a recent Google+ Hangout with Google’s John Mueller, someone asked “Are you working on a Panda update or data refresh? It’s been a long time, everyone is frustrated.”

In which, John Mueller said yes, they are. But he actually added that they are looking for ways to make it (the Penguin and Panda algorithms) “little bit faster” to update the data.

Deja vu? Yes – we heard the same thing back in September 2014 and then the new Penguin algorithm rolled out, Penguin 3.0, and it was still slow rolling – so I am not sure what to make of this new statement.
