iClarified spotted that Google released (too early) an iOS app that lets businesses manage their Google Maps listings.

I am not kidding you. Despite all the bugs and issues with Google Places, with like four different ways to manage your listings – we will be getting yet another way – via an iOS app and probably, I’d assume an Android app as well.

Does the iOS app work with Google Places or Google+ Local or something else? I am not sure.

The app was pulled from the iTunes App Store, so I cannot download it to see. But here are some screen shots from the iClarified blog.
