Zineb Ait Bahajji from Google announced on Google+ that they have launched the new Search Analytics report within Google Webmaster Tools for a subset of webmasters using Google Webmaster Tools.

To see if you are part of that launch, go to Google Webmaster Tools and if the Search Queries report was replaced by Search Analytics, then you are in.

I covered these reports in detail when it was first beta launched under the name of Search Impact report, so review it there if you do not have it yet.
