Google hinted a few months ago that more search query data would be accessible to webmasters by the end of the year, much of that is part of the new Search Analytics reports (formerly Search Impact reports) within Google Webmaster Tools.
But Google’s John Mueller said they expect to add the full search query data to their Webmaster Tools API in the “upcoming quarter.”
