On day two of a new SEO term, we have Google Vibration Effect.

This one comes with no explanation. A DigitalPoint Forums thread just has one webmaster stating someone told him his site suffers from it. He wrote:

Clearly, Google did not call him. But what does this term mean? What SEO scam is this related to or did the person misunderstand?

Vibration effect? Maybe it sounds like another term used? Maybe it is like a flux effect? I am not sure. Any ideas?
