Patrick Sexton created a very useful tool that is free and checks your mobile SEO. The tool is at feedthebot.com/mobile. It checks:

Checks all resources against robots.txt (js, html, css)
Displays Viewport
Displays Vary HTTP header
Displays rel=”canonical”
Displays mobile headers
Displays mobile redirects
Displays mobile screenshot
Displays errors from Google pagespeed insights
Displays UX errors
