September 2015 Google Webmaster Report: Panda, App Interstitials, 3 Pack & More

The month of August in Google organic land was not that slow, despite it being a summer month. We had a possible Google Panda reversal, Google announce app interstitials as being not mobile friendly, and a brand new interface for local results named the 3 pack. We also had many user interface changes from blue navigation links to new apps in search to tweets on desktop search.

That is not to mention a new Google logo and a new parent company for Google named Alphabet Inc.

So it has been a pretty busy month and based on the ongoing WebmasterWorld there is something heating up in the Google search results. I am not sure if it is just a long labor day weekend, where international SEOs are not picking up on the US holiday or something more. Time will tell there.

Of course, if you missed our last report, see the Google August Webmaster Report.
