Happy Valentine’s Day everyone! Valentine’s Day is one of those days the search engines go all out on their logos, like they do on New Years, July 4th and many other days.

Like we do every year, I wanted to share the logos from Google, Yahoo, Bing, Ask.com, Dogpile, Baidu and others from our industry.

The most detailed logo is Google’s this year, where they do a video with music from Tony Bennett’s Cold Cold Heart song. It is a very nice logo but not all searchers are happy with it, more on that later.

What beautiful logos!

But what is the issue with Google? Nothing really, but some people dislike the couples they have selected for the video, including homosexual couples. Hard to please everyone in America!

For the past year Valentine’s Day logos see 2011, 2010, Valentine’s 2009, Valentines 2008, Valentines 2007, Valentines 2006 and Valentines 2005.
