Google Blocks Wired During iFrame Hack

Wired LogoOver the weekend, Wired.com was being blocked by Google via Chrome and the search results for malware.

In short, those trying to access Wired’s web site either via Google’s Chrome browser or via the search results would be told not to.

Why? There was an iframe malware hack that injected bad things from hxxp://zlu bob.org.

Here is what it looked like when you tried to navigate to Wired using Chrome:

A similar message would come up from any browser when you clicked on Wired from Google’s search results. And this would also occur in some Firefox browsers, since they use the same source of malware detection as Chrome.
