Update: It is official, read the Google Search Blog for the new snippet for list pages.

A WebmasterWorld thread has some people noticing a new rich snippet of sorts being tested on Google.

I can’t replicate it but it might come up for you for searches on [new york real estate] where you see zillow.com results.

Here are pictures, one from @t1c1 and the other from the WebmasterWorld thread:

As you can see, real estate like information in the listing. Such as X number of listings followed by normal site snippet information with number of photos, addresses, price and more information.

I can’t even replicate them in the rich snippet testing tool for these examples.
