Happy July 4th to all you Americans, I posted the special logos and themes from Google, Bing, Ask.com and others. Google slapped Poland this week over two link networks. Jason Calacanis wants revenge against Google’s Matt Cutts for Panda destroying Mahalo. The AP is going to use robots to right earnings reports. Google is going to close Orkut, their first social network. Google has a new robots.txt file designed to protect Larry Page and Sergey Brin, the co-founders, from The Terminator. Matt Cutts, Google’s head of search spam, said he is taking off through October to be with his wife. That was this past week in search at the Search Engine Roundtable.
